Sad news is being revealed today about a popular child actor. According to an exclusive report from The Hollywood Reporter, Christian Juttner, who appeared in many Disney and ABC productions, has died. He was only 60 years old. His daughter, Aidan Juttner confirmed his death, saying that he died of natural causes on November 29, 2024, at his home in Yucca Valley, California.
Christian Juttner was born on May 20, 1964, and his mother, Marlene, got him interested in acting at a young age. Mr. Juttner made his Hollywood debut when he was just 8 years old when he played a character named Robert in the iconic show Bewitched.

Mr. Juttner stayed active in Hollywood for just about nine years. But in those nine years, he appeared in more than twenty film and television productions, including The Rookies, Ironside, S.W.A.T., The Bionic Woman, and Lou Grant.
Some of his more well-known roles include Peter Plimpton in I Wanna Hold Your Hand (1978), in which he played a young boy determined to see The Beatles debut on The Ed Sullivan Show, and Paul Durant in The Swarm. Paul Durant is a young boy who suffers severe hallucinations and thinks that he is being attacked by giant bees. The hallucinations begin after his parents are killed by bees.

Throughout his career, Juttner became a beloved member of the Disney and ABC family, appearing in more than half a dozen productions.
In the first season of The Bionic Woman, an ABC series, Juttner had a recurring role as Teddy, one of Jaime Sommers’ students at Ventura Air Force Base. He also appeared in seven episodes of The Magical World of Disney, two episodes of ABC Afterschool Specials, and an episode of ABC’s long-running soap opera, General Hospital.
Diehard Disney fans will probably recognize Mr. Juttner for his role as Dazzler in the 1978 film Return from Witch Mountain. Dazzler is one of the members of the Earthquake Gang.

After leaving Hollywood, Mr. Juttner moved to Saint Croix, an island in the US Virgin Islands, where he worked at his father’s glassworks business. When he was older, he moved to Yucca Valley, California, where he lived out the rest of his life. There, he worked in construction and opened his own glassworks business.
Christian Juttner is survived by his mother, daughters Aidan and Ryan, his son Lucas, sister Shelley, and his ex-wife, Ann.
