Theme parks stage private corporate events all the time. I was at Universal Orlando on Sunday night, Nov 24, when the Studios closed to day visitors-creating a mobscene when everyone flocked to IOA! This was done for the Amway corp, which had rented out USF for the whole evening! I told Guest Relations that whoever set this up should be fired for doing this just days from Thanksgiving!!!
Who cares what musk does. I think it’s unfair for the normal park goers to forego their day at the park during their vacation. The rich get everything they want, once again.
They literally do this every year. Many companies rent out universal because it’s cheaper than Disneyland. This coming from a worker that has seen many company events.

I was at Universal for a private corporate event 18 years ago. This is nothing new. Although it was a lot fun.
