Can I ask 1 question. Why does disney don’t do overnight maintenance on all rides after park close at 11pm or midnight then they will not have problems during day time for guest to have fun on there trip to your park if you don’t you will see less crowds at park and disney will lose money
As I understand it rides are looked over at night, but they certainly don’t have enough technicians to go through every single ride in detail especially if no problems are existing at that time. Can’t fix a fault before it happens unless something is already loose or something.
While its completely unreasonable to yellow at the cast member, there is a solution. We have implemented it post-pandemic. Just.stop.going. Stop giving Disney thousands of dollars for sub-par experiences. We are lifelong Floridians who have gone to Disney at least twice a year since childhood. But post-pandemic, the changes were just too much. Poor crowd management, Genie+ (worst idea. EVER.) and the exorbitant cost of Disney hotels compared to others in the region has led us to spend our vacation dollars elsewhere. Walt always envisioned a place that was cost-inclusive and accessible to all and Disney has turned into a nickel and diming money grab with rude cast members and mass crowds. No thanks!
Agree wholeheartedly. Southern California resident here 😎. For a family of 4, it’s $600. I can’t have $600 worth of fun in one day. So we go somewhere (anywhere) else.
We live in a world of me me me. Yes. Things happen. It broke down unfortunately. People complain like being stuck in traffic. Please to everyone that constantly complains about Disney. Please stop going so we can enjoy the parks. You should be glad you still have your health to go. Be positive and spread kindness.
What do you mean it’s not about ME?! Because I grew up being allowed to get away with everything I wanted…
…due to my parents growing up where they got praised (affirmations) — and trophies were given them for just showing up for them event…
…since my grandparents were allowed to skip school, because my great-grandparents would make excuses — in order to take my grandparents to the first hour release of a movie…
…and ALL of this for the parent to claim they are the BEST (as long as the child never seemed unhappy with the parent).
How could this possibly have happened…that you wouldn’t understand the world should cater to ME?!
Now, let me teach my child how to act like a rich convicted felon who is told he’s allowed to do anything the wants. And let me pee in public, while yelling at people in authority, to show how more important I am than everyone else!
It is sad, that commenters implicating parents born in the 1950’s, and raising rude obnoxous, loud mouthed Disneyland goers, don’t realize that they, the commenters are actually the problem. Ask any one from the 1950’s how people acted at Disneyland in the 1950’s, and they will tell you that the behavior we see today, was not seen in the 1950’s, particularly at Disneyland. It just wasn’t done. Blame yourself, commenters.

You seriously think the rides aren’t inspected and repaired every night?

Imo, shouting/arguing with workers trying to do their jobs is unacceptable in any venue. it is abusive and should be treated by the venue as such.

Limit park attendance, don’t serve alcohol, enforce a one strike lifetime ban
