While I am sorry for the death of this individual, I can not place the entirety of the blame on Disney, nor Ragland Road Restaurant. It is very difficult to create a dish that is perfectly safe for everyone. Disney does a great job, but the person who eats at any establishment knows what they can and can’t eat and has to accept some of the blame for deciding to eat the food. If I were the patron, I would probably eat a very safe dish that I could 100 percent trust to be safe for me or not eat at all. There are too many opportunities that could arise that could allow a substance to be included in the meal that is dangerous or even deadly for some people. The number of people who have special dietary needs are miniscule to the number or regular customers, who have no special needs. It is far too easy to try to delve through every ingredient included in a meal to determine if there are dangerous elements involved. It is simply too much and most likely impossible to ask of any restaurant to be 100 percent sure of the safety of their food for special dietary needs. Each person needs to be more responsible for themselves. Again,I am sorry for the death of anyone, and feel for the family. But placing the blame entirely on the Restaurant and Disney is not appropriate. Just my opinion.

Disney advertises that they accommodate allergies, and has extensive operational precautions in place to do so. This is a failure of the restaurant that unfortunately resulted in someone’s death and they need to be held accountable.

Sounds like loser talk from someone that doesnt know what accountability is. Or that cant read.
Disney AND the food bar is entirely at fault

Can’t people realize that going to Wokeyland or Wokeyworld is dangerous? Not just from the food but a lot of bad stuff has happened to people at those parks.
You spent an arm and a leg to get in and find out it’s not worth it.
