I question where you are getting your info from. I have been a pass holder for years and Jan Feb is the least crowded months and when I usually go due to low crowds and little to no wait lines. As for pass holders needing rsv I think it really sad. Passholders are your loyal people and deserve to have first come first choice and outsiders be the ones blocking dates. Most outsiders purchase one to three souvenirs a trip whereas most pass holders buy more then average out of to we’re aas we are true due hard Disney fans. CEO may think it’s wasted money and can make more on others but it’s really other way around.
