We are here right now, December 21st. Waited 90 minutes for Rise of the Resistance our first time. We are 60 years old. We absolutely will never pay for something like that. We are grounded in the priorities of life and what is important. As former Marines who had to wait for 4 hours for something we understand the importance of hard work and the satisfaction of earning what you get. We truly believe that most people in this world do not comprehend this.
Disney will continue to charge whatever someone is willing to pay, and then some. Once guests stop paying for this type of upcharge, Disney will deem it unsuccessful, and find something else to get their greed on. Until then, up your limit on the credit card, you’ll need it for that Disney “experience”.
This statement is 100% true. If there are people with cashola willing to pay for system (that in my opinion isn’t worth the money) that helps you cut the line then Disney will keep the system and maybe even increase the cost of the system. That’s capitalism for you. Eventually (I hope that this doesn’t happen) it’ll come to a point that if you want to ride the ride at all you’ll have to pay to get on it no if’s, and’s, or but’s. I wouldn’t be surprised that in the future Disney does this to all the rides/attractions/experiences in every park in WDW and any Disney property. I hope that this doesn’t occur but, I can see it happening. Only the rich, millionaires, billionaires, ceo’s (and other members of the upper class of business), celebrities, etc, would be able to afford anything on Disney property. Again, I hope that this doesn’t happen but, I can see it happening since they’re already charging guests for things that used to be free.

If someone tells me the economy is too high then tell me why people are pays so much for Disney passes?

This is a horrible system that should be named “Pay to cut in line”.
Disney is offering nothing of value: the service is other people waiting longer in line for the buyer to benefit.
This makes me not want to patronize Disney.
