Animal Kingdom. Are dinosaurs considered to be animals? Yes. How about Zootopia? Yup. Someone suggested Kuzco. Yzma’s potions are animal based. Now, let’s take a look at what Disney has in mind…
Archeology humans. Not quite what I think about as animals. Colombian family with magical powers? I guess they might ACT like animals.
Give it time. Animal Kingdom will contain lots of great new areas — replacing the areas containing…ANIMALS?!? How will they be able to call it Animal Kingdom?! Does Disney even KNOW what ANIMALS are? Sure. Humans are animals, too. However, Human Kingdom doesn’t have the same appeal.
I also have a feeling that they might not replace Dinosaur. I hope that they don’t. Dinosaurs are animals. Dinosaur (the ride obviously) now is the only themed attraction of dinosaurs in WDW. The Universe of Energy is no longer around. So, getting rid of dinosaur then there will be nothing dino related (that I’m aware of) in any Disney park. Keep Dinosaur please!!!! Besides, the ride dinosaur is (in a way) forest related. You do go through a forest in the Cretaceous period. They could build around the area of Dinosaur and make look more like a tropical area. That I do agree with. But, please don’t get rid of Dinosaur.
They have ignored this area for so long when they could have done something with it. Dinosaur is one of my favourite rides and belongs there. Not happy with a lot of what they have planned when alternatives were an option. Rivers of America for one example is part of Liberty Square and an important part of the experience.
