That’s a “hard No” from me. I did not enjoy it at all. It’s too intense. I wanted to puke for at least an hour after riding it. I felt like I was going to die. Not fun at all. It’s just way too much.

The first time my husband and I rode Mission Orange, we didn’t think we would do it again. However, it is on our must do list now. We even ride it multiple times in a trip. I tell him that we are in Space Camp. My adult son went with me to Disney World last year. We went to Mission Orange right away. There were issues on take off. My son and I started singing David Bowie’s song. We had a blast. Then we went to Green for the first time. There were people screaming, but I don’t know why. It was like Soaring without the line and you didn’t have to see people’s feet. When I make it back, I’ll go back to Orange.

I am prone to claustrophobia, so I waited over a year before it opened before trying Mission: Space. I managed to cope well enough to survive the experience, but I’m pretty sure I will never try it again!

This was one of the coolest attractions I’ve ever experienced. As someone who wanted to be an astronaut when they were little, and still hopes to one day fly on a commercial craft, I thought it was really fantastic.
