Even though I would have loved to see a Walt Disney World in Vancouver BC, I just don’t think it would be practical, given the seasons in the Great White North, a Canada Disneyland would only be a summer park and that would not be viable. Florida has always been the ideal area for year-round fun and there is Sothern California that need some love.
