This is nuts. One of the craziest things that I’ve read (on this site btw) was some guy steeling about $3,000.00’s worth of merchandise from Disney Springs. And, he almost got away with it too. That’s crazy. I’ve also saw on the news a few years ago that some guy entered Disney Spring and had a concealed weapon. I’m not sure if either one of these people were banned from WDW or not. Another crazy thing happened in 1999. It was the year before I graduated from high school. We were on a school trip (from Miami) to Animal Kingdom. Everything was going well until we got on the bus to go back to Miami. The principal was called off the bus and had to go back into the park. What I heard was that one of the students was trying to steal a big teddy bear and got caught by an undercover cop. I’m not sure how long we had to wait until the students parents got there. Maybe a couple of hours. But, I’m not too sure. This student was stupid. How can you think that you can steal something from Disney and not get caught. How dumb.
