“Hannah Montana” was my favorite show growing up

It’s not shutting down in the US and never will. Disney Plus will be shut down by 2030 and streaming will be outlawed. People will have no choice but to go back to cable.

I speak the truth. Steaming is going to be an illegal medium and every streaming service will be shut down. Not only will you be going back to cable, but Congress will make physical media the law and the only way to watch movies at home again meaning America will be driven back to Blockbuster, Hollywood Video, and other rental stores. One of my first acts after taking over Disney will be shutting down Disney Plus entirely if it hasn’t been already.

        1. Streaming is NOT going to be an illegal medium, and every streaming service will NOT be shut down. What you made was nothing more than just a false statement.

        2. Steve

Yes it is. You are the one making false statements. I have folks in Congress leading the way to shut down streaming. You WILL go back to physical media and watching new release movies in theaters only. And the Studio System of the Golden Age of Hollywood in the 1930s and 40s will be coming back, too with the media giants broken up and the studios handed back to the families of those great studio chiefs like the great Louis B. Mayer of MGM.

No, it isn’t. It’s been debunked.

It has not been debunked. Disney Channel is indeed shutting down in three countries, the U.S. just isn’t one of them.

Disney Channel back in the 80s was the best. There werent any shows back then that had actors that turned into weirdo trash like Miley Cyrus.

I doubt that streaming services will end and everything revert back to cable. Many homes today are not being built with cable lines in the walls. New homes are using wireless connections and other new high technology that will continue to evolve and expand. Satellite dishes are used mostly by areas where there’s no cable networks available. I doubt that we will return to old technology. Instead there will be newer technologies that will not require cable or wires. TVs today are wireless devices that have Bluetooth connectivity.

Over the air antenna tv is now digital will most likely increase its capacity and speed as new technology advances.

No way we will go backwards in technology. Not gonna happen.

    1. Steve

Yes we absolutely are going backwards in technology. There will be no more innovation and nobody will be allowed to “change the world” anymore. Yes, streaming will be an illegal medium to the point that people will have to go back to theaters and movies will be made on actual film again. Physical media will be the law of the land, too. The movie industry will be going back to the 20th century to stay there for good.
