Disney can’t blame the accidental “don’t watch” advertisement. The majority of fans didn’t want to watch Mufasa anyway because:
    1. It had to complete against Sonic 3.
    2. People are way too burned by the soulless Lion King remake to give Mufasa a chance.
    3. People don’t like when their movies are all CGI. (Since there’s no humans or towns in Mufasa, that doesn’t bother me)
    4. People said “too boring”. They’d rather watch the drama, violence and bad language of Sonic 3.
    5. Disney destroyed the originally written story of Mufasa and Taka. (Don’t give me that crap about the books not being canon)
    6. Too many people said, “nobody asked for it; Disney doesn’t listen to their fans”. Not that Disney delivered a lot of unasked for films and they did great.
    7. Many people are done with Disney altogether because of the wokeness they support. Some people made it sound like Mufasa had something woke in it, which their wasn’t. Just a political message or two.

Frankly I didn’t watch either movie at the theaters. I’m not a Sonic fan but didn’t watch Mufasa because I always wait for a DVD anyway. I haven’t been to the theaters since Toy Story 3.

Don’t blame the accidental “Hakuna Mufasa” thing. The majority rejected Mufasa because:
    1. It had to compete with Sonic 3.
    2. Too many people were burned by the soulless, emotionless Lion King remake to give this one a chance.
    3. Many people said, “nobody asked for this”
    4. People are tired of live action being all CGI.
    5. Fans didn’t like the appreciate the originally written story of Mufasa and Taka being changed up.
    6. People said “too boring”. They preferred the drama, violence and bad language of Sonic 3.
    7. Many people are downright done with Disney altogether.

For those of you who are wonder if Mufasa had anything political in it, yes there is. Disney can’t make one thing without throwing in liberal politics.
    Here they are:
    1. Obasi rejecting Mufasa and saying, “We don’t associate with outsiders’ ‘He’ll betray you because he’s a stray'” represents the conservatives against illegal immigrants.
    2. The conversation between Rafiki and Kiara about people wanting to hate on people who are ‘different from their tribe’ represents people against illegal immigrants, and wokies.
    3. Disney just loves to make villains be misunderstood, left behind people. I can’t tell you how sick I got of seeing idiots siding with Taka and literally hating Mufasa because “Mufasa’s destiny was handed to him on a silver platter while poor Taka lost the girl and had title of king taken away from him by his big brother”
People need to get it through their weak minds that this isn’t the original story. Disney wanted to ruin it for the sake of making ‘poor Taka’ the victim of unfortunate circumstances.
    4. Kiara is a girlboss in the making. She should have no desire to roar like her grandfather, a leader. Lionesses do not lead the pride. She would follow in the footsteps of her mother’s role, not her father’s or grandfather’s role.
