CCCP Paranoia. Their doing this to encourage more foreign visitors including Americans while still making it harder for spies from other nations (especially the US) from coming by forcing all to tack on an additional unwanted stop over. The thing is that the US already has no problem wasting unimaginable sums of $$ so this extra layover will be at best a slight inconvenience for any spy seeking to use it as a means to enter the nation without the formal visa process.
We will be traveling from US to Tokyo Disney first, then from Tokyo to Shanghai Disney, and then home to the US directly from Shangai. Does this still count for the transit for visa-free travel?
