  1. I would agree with Mr. Matt Walsh. Disney need to make stories that are less political and focus on original storytelling. Wonderful storytelling by kicking out woke culture and social engineering out of the window. That’s what Universal did. Will Disney do the same is the question?

Did Universal though? How is the Mario movie, where Peach wasn’t allowed to ge saved any less political. It seems more that Disney are actually the least political but you all have been too swept up be false rhetoric to notice.

Isn’t “kicking out the woke culture” ALSO a political thing? What ever happened to storytelling WITHOUT caring about what it may or may not contain?

Wreck-It-Ralph 2 had a hilarious scene with Vanellope and the other princesses. Vanellope responds, “What is up with that?” — to which the princesses exclaim, “She IS a princess!”

Sure, it had some context to gender roles. However, it was done in such a fun way and didn’t detract from the story.

If the FOCUS isn’t on anything except a compelling story, it’s okay to have some jokes about society in there.

I agree with you Yongma Lee the big question is will it happen !!

    Matt who?

Agreed! Stop worrying with the political aspects and just tell the stories as before. It can be saved but they must act now!

In the 1930’s (before WW II), a group of teens & young adults saw the division in America. They saw how specific skin tones avoided interactions with another skin tone. They saw how one religion stayed away from another religion. They saw how genders were being treated…once a certain age had been reached. They didn’t like it. Not knowing how to fix things, they simply called for the removal of anything they thought was wrong.

Thirty years later (the 1960’s): A group of teens & young adults wanted “Love, Not War!” They became a movement similar to the ones from the 1930’s. And, for some reason, they were all about long hair. They ended up going almost as extreme as those they were against. This caused a divide.

Thirty years later (the 1990’s): A group of teens & young adults believed the fighting of human against human had something to do with language. They took their views (politics) and wanted to enforce that on others. They thought it would “correct” how society worked. All it did was cause a divide.

Thirty years later (the 2020’s): A group of teens & young adults wanted to bring back the movement they learned about the 1990’s group. The way to go about it became confusing for them. Two extreme groups were formed from that. One wanted to FCC the entire world. The other simply thought shoving everyone’s faces in non-(specific pale skin tone) and non-(specific gender containing Y-chromosome) was the way to go. And if they could also include shoving Pride into the format, it was a bonus for them. Of course, both factions ended up causing a divide.

FIVE years later (2025): People were getting sick of everything going downhill by extremists. We need a bridge to combine all people back together. Woke & Anti-Woke shouldn’t matter. The only way for Disney (and everyone else, for that matter) to improve is by not focusing on the divide; but LEARN from the past and tell STORIES of improving our future.

All it takes is a good story. Not one about a specific agenda. One about a protagonist (or antagonist), going from start to finish, going through trials, and learning what the goal REALLY was, along the way.

    Go woke go broke.
People are sick of your political BS and gayness.
We would watch and go to Disney to get away from those issues.
Now you want to shove it down our throats. Literally.

I’m a HUGE Disney fan. & even I’m a bit on the WTF side. I think that Disney shouldn’t be giving any $$$$ to any politician. I think that politicians should leave Disney alone. let Disney get back into focusing on quality movies/t.v shows/entertainment, etc.
