  1. Yes, the Disney guest should be arrested and banned from attending Disney for one year. We have to get tough with aggressive and disorderly people. By assaulting a Disney cast member he crossed the red line.

He should be banned for life. Nobody has the right to physically assault anyone else especially cast member. If the walkway is closed then that’s it! No further discussion. Go another way.

He’s toast! Disney has an independant witness, which will prove who’s right. Immature guy trying to bully his way through a roped off area by using his child in a stroller as a battering ram! He should pay the price by being banned and any pain and suffering of the employee.

Arrest him, stand behind the cast member and ban him for life! Hey dad can we go to Disney World? No son I was a Jack Ass and I am banned for life.

Yes, Mr. Dixon should be banned from Disney World. He certainly did not set a good example for his child.

  5. Glenn

    Yes, and banned for life.

I believe that he should first be fined. If the cast member got hurt at all and needed any type of medical attention (even if it’s a small cut on their foot) Mr. Dixon should pay for it. He’s the one that hurt that cast member that was doing their job correctly. If they say that you can’t go to a certain area there must be a good reason. This was a good reason. The firework show was going to start soon and they needed to get certain areas lock down/out before the show for safety reasons. So, he was incorrect in the way that he treated that specific cast member. I agree that he should be banned for at least a year. Plus, he’ll have to write an apology letter to that cast member for how he treated them. & have to make a speech about how you should respect the people that work at Disney and do as they tell you since it’s usually for your protection, safety of everyone, etc.

He’s going to be spending a lot of money for an attorney to try to fight it and lose, especially since there was a witness who originally reported it the police/security. I can’t stand men who think they can bully women to get their way. He probably bullies his wife too since she apologized to the CM for his behavior and probably did it quietly so he didn’t hear her. Ban him for life. Get face recognition software so that banned people can’t get back in. It wouldn’t be hard to use it since they take your picture when you use a new ticket. Disney has the money and it is for people’s safety.

Once again, someone proves there is no cure for stupid. Hope his lawyer gets a big retainer up front. This guy feels so entitled, he probably won’t pay his bill if/when he gets convicted or pleads out.
