I’ve been trying since 5:15 AM this morning to purchase the single day ticket add on for passholders. I went through the virtual Queue, which was only 12 minutes, only to be looped to the “purchase” button and then to log in, then purchase button, log in…over and over and over again. I tried exiting and re-entering the queue. Same result. Then just before 6 AM tried for a 3rd time. I was in the virtual queue for hours. The line “paused” several times. When I finally got through, it was just a blank white page. Even refreshing it did nothing. Then I got a message “due to inactivity, you have lost your place. Please rejoin the queue”. So, I tried calling 407-224-7840. Was on hold for about 2 hours before someone answered and said she couldn’t help me as she didn’t have access to passholder add-on’s and gave me the exact same phone number to try again. She explained that due to the high call volume, calls were getting diverted. So now it’s 3:30 PM and I’m trying the Annual Passholder hotline. Tickets are slowly selling out for May, so it seems unlikely I will get my preferred dates, even after doing this since before 5 AM. Guess I’ll be going in December 2025. How are people getting through? I’ve tried the app, the mobile website using chrome and then the mobile website using Microsoft Edge. Now I’m home and on my laptop to see if that makes any difference while simultaneously on hold to see if anyone at the Universal Orlando Resort AP line can help me.
