The Rivers of America and the Liberty Belle are not closing, not now nor ever, period.

So they are going forward with this ridiculous project? The entire management team at Disney needs to be gutted and start from scratch

This “project” is not real and not happening. The Rivers of America will still be there for WDW’s 75th in 2046 and all traces of the Iger era will have long been undone with his management team having been blacklisted from the entertainment industry. WDW in 2046 will look like it did in the late 80s through the mid 90s. I know because I was there.

You missed one closure – Tiana’s carpola adventure. Its non operational so much – it should be listed as a closure. Always was and always will be a scatological replacement

I guess the mold removal at The Little Mermaid show building was taking longer than expected.

I understand everyone frustrations about these closers. When it comes to Big Thunder Mountain I’ve read that the track was getting old and guests started feeling a bit uncomfortable about going on a ride that the track could break at any minute. So, it’s better to close it down for refurbishment (especially for safety reasons). I can totally understand why guests are upset about the closure of TSI. I get it. It might not bother me as much since I don’t usually go to that specific area. But, again, I totally understand their frustrations. I get it. The one that saddens me a bit is the demolition of Dinoland USA. I didn’t care much for the smaller rides/attractions there mind you. I loved Dinosaur. It was such a cool ride. One of my favourites from AK. Sad that they’re demolishing it. It was one of the best Dinosaur related rides in WDW. I wish that they could have just built a new land next to it. Or, just made some improvements to Dinoland USA. I do understand that they need to add new things to the park. I get it. But, I’m still bummed about Dinosaur being demolished.
