    As far as Alabama is concerned just south of Montgomery you have I65 and hwy 231 about a 1/4 of the way up in the state. But I think it would be a mistake to move unless you know for sure about this flooding. You would have to start all over again from nothing. Have other businesses move in hotels, motels, restaurants. I would think very hard, but that area might work!

    Nonsense. Do people really think that cities like Tampa or Daytona are going to let themselves to be overwhelmed by flooding? Sea walls are a lot less expensive to build than trying to relocate a property as large as Walt Disney World. There will be other solutions long before 60 years elapse. Yes, Hurricanes Helene and Milton were a problem this year but that is NOT unusual for Florida. They were no more devastating than many others that have hit Florida in prior years. This is simply fear mongering and an unnecessary article.
