Ahead of the presidential debate on Tuesday, September 10, Fox News anchor Sean Hannity suggested that Disney CEO Bob Iger may not want conservatives to visit the company’s theme parks.
Hannity was discussing the upcoming presidential debate with a panel of guests, criticizing ABC’s connection to Disney, a company that has become ubiquitous with left-wing politics, at least for conservatives.
“ABC, Disney, Bob Iger, hello? It’s your company,” said Hannity. The longtime Fox anchor then suggested that Iger and Disney would be ok if conservatives did not visit the theme parks at all, saying, “Maybe he doesn’t want conservatives at his theme parks, I don’t know.”
A clip of the segment was taken and shared by Twitter/X user TomorrowVenture.

Hannity also suggested that Disney doesn’t care about its “tanking” stock price. “They’re free to make that choice, but if they are biased against Donald Trump, as they have been leading into tomorrow night as their nightly newscast is, half the country is not going to like it one bit. They are not going to like ABC-Disney one bit either.”
Trump took to his own social media platform, Truth Social, after the debate, claiming everyone thinks he won. The former President blasted ABC after the debate, claiming both the moderators were out to get him and treated him unfairly compared to Vice President Kamala Harris.
Trump demanded that “everybody at ABC Fake News” be fired, including the “two lightweight anchors” who moderated.

The Walt Disney Company has certainly faced its fair share of political hardships over the last year or so, with Disney finding itself embroiled in a battle against Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. This battle dates back several years, starting when Disney criticized DeSantis’ highly controversial Parental Rights in Education Act.
After The Walt Disney Company faced backlash over its decision to remain silent regarding the legislation, then-CEO Bob Chapek eventually issued a statement about it, which had become known as the “Don’t Say Gay” bill.
This statement would put Chapek and Disney in hot water on both sides of the aisle. Some criticized Disney for taking so long to speak out, while others claim Disney had no right to speak about anything political.
An all-out war practically ensued, with DeSantis threatening Disney around every turn, eventually targeting Disney’s special protections in Florida, stripping the company of ownership over its Reedy Creek Improvement District.
