This is not some conspiracy against Disney. It’s a government board doing its job. Disney was built on a swamp. That’s why there are so many water features around the resort. When you change the natural flow of water it is going somewhere else. The plan for the project has to take that into account. The rubber stamp of many of the Disney projects is why the park floods so much during the afternoon rains. This will not stop the project, they will just have to actually plan it properly not just cost cutting.
