Sorry, although I’m no expert in building themeparcs, but that seems unlikely to happen. Many details need to be added, some buildings are not even finished yet and a lot of testing needs to be done. Sure first quarter could mean by the end of March too (and that seems plausible). I (and many more) expect it to open somewhere May 2025.
