We were there in January. Waited 1/2 hour in line to find out ride got closed down. It happened 4 times that day. The price they charge was unexceptionable for that many rides to be down. Totally ruined our day. Not in any hurry to visit it again. They have just gotten to greedy n we didn’t get to meet any characters. Money is more important than giving their guests a good time. It’s very sad.

      Think you meant “unacceptable”.

We were at disneyworld with our 3 children riding splash mountain. It was towards the end of the evening on our last night. When our car got to the top of the ride it broke. We waited what felt like forever and they eventually evacuated us thru the stairs out to the back side entrance. We passed a worker eating a subway sandwhich. Very unmagical. They were offering everyone some passes for something the next day but we were leaving . Kind of a bummer but oh well, it happens.
