She’s not the first superhero in Marvel Comics. In their timeline, back in caveman times, they had a Black Panther, a version of The Hulk, Thor’s ancestor, a version of Ghost Rider, and I forget who else. This all got revealed during an event when Iron Man traveled back to the past to investigate something.

Marvel and Disney are just stuck on stupid…how they haven’t learned their lessons by now is possibly the biggest mystery of all time, but here we go again, leaping wallet first into another panderverse IP which is destined to fail because it’s for all the wrong reasons, and meant to please a loudmouth minority that doesn’t buy comics or movie tickets…forecast says Disney is going to ride this wave and force feed marvel and starwars loyalists this pandering garbage that no one asked for, no one wants and no one likes until their stock prices and their viewership flatline completely, doubling down on failure after failure. They really need to fire everyone and see what happens when they hire creatives that actually like the properties, the characters, and the fandom without the caveat that art reflects life and society that they hate…imagine that, entertainment for entertainments sake…free from tyrannical woke is broke agendas…it’s just crazy enough to be profitable, and good!

Honestly yes they could use more original characters. I’m of the opinion that things can only be reused so much. I mean if they don’t want to do new characters they could always bring back old ones that haven’t been used or seen in a while. Hell they could reimagine some of the old characters. DC did both with the new bat man animated series. They reimagined the penguin as a female. Who was cold-hearted enough to send her own son to a watery grave on the mere suspicion that he might have betrayed her. In the same series they brought back the gentleman ghost(James “Jim” Craddock). If DC can do it so can the mouse(Disney). If they don’t well then they’ll fall behind the times and become more obsolete than they already are.

Author doesn’t seem to understand what retcon means.

Ummm….Iron man is an indigenous American…as is Spidey, hulk, cap…pretty much every hero this far.

I don’t think you know what that means.
