Adults putting kids in their shoulders are being thoughtless of guests behind them. There is a projection on the castle that people would like to be able to see…especially those who are first time guests, other children, those on scooters, and those less tall.
When my child was young me or my husband would hold her on the hip or near the chest so she was higher but not blocking others behind us. It can be done.
No one is ever going to be happy or right. Someone is always going to find fault no matter what anyone does anymore. There is no longer a middle ground because there is no longer a middle ground. There are only extreme opinions people want to stand on. You have to compromise and remember that not everything is meant to be serious or offensive. A kid watching fireworks on their parents shoulders is just that. It’s not disruptive behavior. Someone shouting and cursing a cast member because they didn’t get whatever thet wanted is disruptive behavior.

What of the kids who cant see because of people in front of them? There is no easy answer here short of having stadium type seating that is movable.
