Oh yes Bob iger got some things right but he got SOOOOO many things wrong. They only reason he keeps thinking about his successor is that he will miss the truckloads of undeserved cash he gets and if his successor will continue his woke mission to destroy the company. When Eisner left I thought no one could be worse-WOW was I wrong. Will the ship be righted? I doubt it with the present board in place.
I for one, have never been a fan of bobby i., but if the Disney board brings in another person like bobby, they might as well file for chapter 11 at the same time. It will be the demise of another 100 year old company.
Disney should not have a CEO, or a board, or be a publicly owned company. What Disney needs is an Owner the way sports teams have. Like Col. Jacob Ruppert, George Steinbrenner, Tom Ricketts, Jerry Jones, Art Rooney, Eddie DeBartolo, or Jerry Reinsdorf. An Owner who has at minimum the majority of the shares, runs Disney as an autocracy ,and answers to no one except the ghost of Walt Disney himself. After I take over Disney, that’s what will happen. Instead of a board, I will hand pick a cabinet of my loyal followers to run the different divisions that I don’t shut down and to be my advisers. Basically my own Death Eaters.
