I went down in May of last year and was on the Star Wars ride and it broke down about 10 feet from the exit and they made us sit in the ride for over an hour. It was hot and told us as finally exited the ride we were not entitled to go ahead or do anything for us. The man behind us needed water for his nitro pill and no one got him anything and if it was true emergency I would care less about their policies I am a nurse and EMT and wouldn’t care if I was arrested sprung into saving mode. I even offered to sit next to him and they said no it’s policy…so life over matter doesn’t exist.
It has been going down with problems since it open. They should have closed it and worked out the problems. They should have left it Splash Mountain. It was my favorite ride.Every ride has problems but not like this
