Maybe the parent tells the person to sit don’t and get away from the dolphin! I’ve never seen a dolphin jump into the seat. This isn’t a park lawsuit, maybe a parent lawsuit? How dare you say to fire a security! He is there for tiny kids, not small minds!
How about sit down! I have never seen a dolphin jump out of water attack in a seat. This isn’t a lawsuit it another waste of the court. How dare you say fire him! He is in control of the parent

If the person riding the bike had behaved as such where are the camera’s that should prove rather he did or not. Why didn’t HR call him in to tell his side of the story rather than just fire a 30+ year employee. If it’s a matter of one says one thing and the other says another, why fire the employee without any verified facts. I would be looking for the real reason he was fired. I know where I’d start also. First thing first, where is the camera of proof!

something about this case screams money is the only factor. Hopefully a a judge looks at the details and throws the case out if so.

Lynn needs to sue and win and the HR rep and security guard should be fired
