    Does anyone do this for the money? When I was a cast member full time was not really an option back then and I made $1.86 an hour (no unions). OF COURSE I worked other jobs.

  4. Welcome to the real world. They are not forcing anyone to work there. If you don’t like it move on to something better. Most jobs do not pay a salary that a single person can live on. When they stop having a line of potential employees around the block, maybe they will start paying better. If the current employees stay there, they are contributing to the problem.
