Wages are fine. Rent cost need to come down. Fix the actual issue instead of trying to raise everything up higher.

  3. Why can’t companies like Disney build dormitories or apartments? They’re good at building things so take care of your employees.

Disney has at WDW for CM’s you have to share with other CM’s the Appt.

I want to add at the CM Appt. complex there are 2 bedroom and 4 bedroom Apt’s but if you want to live alone in the 2 bedroom Appt. you pay double.

When I started at WDW, was pd $6.95/hr…when I went fulltime around 6 was later went to $7.10/hr…was living in vehicle then…that was 2004

  5. I know how expensive it is to live out there in that super high tax state in the Anaheim area. So for you to make a living wage you have to be making at least $100 an hour that would give you about 150,000 a year. That would leave you I know I would lov Able to pay rent on a nice one bedroom apartment make a monthly car payment on your average car that cost about $45,000 and pay most all of your other billse. I work for a major international company supplying Boat Parts and as a manager I am making just under $14 an hour So suck it up buttercup.

They’re living in a democrat run state. Everything is outrageously expensive. Get a different job or move to a different state. $20 an hour is very good pay for wearing a costume or entertaining ppl. At Disney.
