You can tape someone in public.

There is zero chance that either the employee or Disney will sue. In fact, I suspect they will be the loudest voice in the room demanding that charges are not brought. Why? Several reasons.

    1. Disney owns ABC. A major contributor towards ABC’s prestige is journalism. They won’t want to support making it more difficult to get the big story.

    2. The longer this stays in the news, the worse it is for Disney.

    3. Discovery. No way Disney wants to give OMG any more opportunities to get memos, emails and the like.

Its legal recording. It cant be used in court or anything. The goal was never use this in court. What this does is make people not aware of whats going on aware which is the goal

It’s amazing that your running the story as “broke california law by getting the video” rather than the fact that Disney is openly discriminating against people based on their race and sex…

…but you don’t care about that, because it’s White males that are being discriminated against.

You know who else was illegally recorded in California and everybody cheered? Donald Sterling. California has set precedence that its ok to record someone if they are racially discriminating against people.
