I am a Senior Citizen. Once a year, my adult daughter and I go to Disneyland and stay overnight. I keep a list of all the helpful CMs who have been particularly kind are sprinkled us with Pixie Dust. Then, I write an email to DL customer service specifically calling out each CM by name and location and what they did to make my trip magical. This past trip there were 10 names, from the front desk to CMs in some stores to a woman at a cafe who was able to explain all the gluten free options.

  2. If they don’t want to smile and be positive (and that’s ok) work at the Haunted Mansion, Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, or work in an area with low exposure to the public.

I’ve been going to Disney World since 1974. I have never encountered a rude cast member. I agree with the statement above that the guests that have encountered rude cast members are rude and entitled. You can make your own magic you get out of it what you put into it.
