DAS is for people that cannot wait in a line que for whatever reason. Being in a wheelchair/scooter, is not enough. You can skip the que if the que is not wide enough for a wheelchair/scooter–Spaceship Earth, and other older attractions that have you go through the exit. We were given a return time for Jungle Cruise and Spaceship Earth. DAS had to get tough because of the fraud. If you have a good case, make your appointment with Disney to plead your case.
