It is interesting if only because it makes us doubt new allies going forward. If we know the council of kangs are all different actors that new ally might turn out to be a member
I think they should just abandon the Avengers theme. Too many beloved characters are gone and the new ones are not connecting. Tom Holland and Benedict Cumberbatch cannot carry movies if only sharing the screen with unlikable new Avengers. Marvel should focus on Doctor Strange and Spider-Man solo movies, their leads are likeable and the fans still love them. I only got into Marvel and the Superhero genre due to RDJ, became a fan and invested due to Tom Hiddleston and then came to care for Holland and Cumberbatch. None of the other characters really draw me in.
Personally I say scrap the Kang idea and shelf it for later. With the Fantastic Four making a proper appearance, Dr. Doom is just as menacing as Thanos. He can do what Dr. Strange can, and what Stark can, hell, he can do what Kang does. If they do stick with Kang though, I feel they sould keep it to just one actor to be all Kang. Just maybe mentally screen the actor before casting to make sure they’re not hiring another ego-mainiac, woman beater. But I can see the benefit of hiring several actors for Kang, incase one goes off the rails like Majors.
with fantastic four and X-Men coming into the MCU (hopefully) maybe they let the Avengers cool off a bit. What was amazing about the entire Infinity Saga was all of the buildup as the plot was thread through all the individual movies. it’d be tough to match that lightning in a bottle again, but I think it’d be near impossible to do it in such a short and chaotic timeframe.
Uh no. Keep Jonathan Majors as Kang. This all comes from fake news. He’s a victim who deserves his career back. Marvel studios rehire Jonathan Majors because normal MCU fans understand his trauma.

What I don’t understand is way don’t they just recast him. It could still be a great story just replace the actor.

#SinisterCavill is the best way to pay long-time fans of Fox franchise films for faithfully following XMen to the MCU!
X2,
Apocalypse,

Once Upon a DP2,
& New Mutants deserve a reveal, “So dark it came from the DC Universe!”

Henry Cavill as Mr. Sinister would justify a full wrap-around & through the Multiverse & Mutant Sagas, simultaneously!
