They forgot about Six Gun Territory, it was a old western style theme park with old west shows, a train ride, and it was located in Ocala, down the road from Silver Springs on Hwy 40. There is a shopping center where it was located.

That’s the one I was waiting for them to mention. I remember a little bit about it, going with my grandparents as a kid. I just found out not long ago that there is a farm near there where they have a reunion of sorts with as many of the original performers as are still able to and the train. It’s on Facebook.

I was thinking the same thing.

Agreed with the guy who mentioned 6 gun territory. Me & my wife got married in 1981 & honeymooned in Ocala & went to Six gun & Silver Springs.

I came from California where Disneyland,Knotts Berry Farm.Magic Mountain universal studio Long Beach aquarium SeaWorld I can name a bunch hurricane Harbor at Knotts Berry Farm Legoland. They’re still thriving and going today. I think what people have to remember is the price is go up so high it’s almost almost impossible to go there. They should bring the prices down and People would go there a lot more a lot more people people like me that struggled to survive they oughta think about that they would make plenty of money

Marineland Opened in 1935 One of Florida’s first major attractions along with Silver Springs. The former closed to the public decades ago and Silver Springs is now a state park.

Marineland, originally Marine Studios opened in 1938. It is still open, although the original buildings have been demolished (sans the gift shop) and is known as Marineland Dolphin Adventure.

    2. RICH

Marineland is open again to the Public!

Circus World turned Boardwalk and Baseball…
    Cypress Gardens turned Legoland…
This is by far not complete list.

Wow! My husband and I always made a beeline to Baseball and Boardwalk when ever we visited his parents in Florida during the 70s. Loved it.

The parks are being boycotted because we realized they are stealing the children!!! Disney is one of the worse, there is underground a tunnel that lead right to Epstein Island.
