Working in the public schools in Florida, Math Paraprofessional, along with Tech aide, Library aide , fill in for teachers & lunch duty. 14 years & now making $18.40 an hour. We are all so under paid in Florida.

So now the teachers can “say gay” during their second job. Oh, and newsflash, many folks work more than one job, not just teachers. Fireman/lifeguard is one example. Everyone feels the impact of Florida’s success in post pandemic growth that I would bet” reflects on Florida’s insightful approach to shutting down life.”

Go sit in a classroom for 2 days. Go use your own money to buy supplies. Go teach for 8 hours then be a couch for 4 more in one day. Then go to a second job for the 2 days you have to rest. Then pay your daycare bill. If you have never been a teacher then you really don’t know what it’s like in todays society.
