Security will always be an issue there because there majority of the people there are unaccompanied teens. We took our 8 yr old last summer- we weren’t aware of the nature of the crowds that tend to form there. It was very rough. The day we went didn’t seem to be as bad as most because our was the hottest day of the year but even with that there were groups of kids shoving and arguing everywhere. We left after just a couple of hours because it didn’t feel safe.
