I think the changes are fine. If you are a true aficionado of either one, you’ll make plans to be there within the window. If you aren’t, you’ll hardly miss them. We’ve been DVC members since 1998 and plan two trips (sometimes more😁) each year. Each trip is planned with participants who are involved. A quiet time for those who can go frequently and one for those who have limited time frames. Our main focus is to have a great time together with some Disney Magic thrown in.
I am kinda sad there will be no festivals all summer at Epcot. The festivals add so much to Epcot. I also so enjoy the food that the festivals bring. I think I have just got used to festivals almost all year round there other than the weeks in between each stopping and the next one starting.
Pre covid epcot was always festival free last yr was nuts but now i fear they just put the end too close to christmas which is huge at epcot and a big shift as apose to f&g and f&w which are basically the same fest
