I’m sure that Bob Iger has a few aces up his sleeve for a response to Epic Universe.
Any major announcements at the annual meeting would have taken the anticipation and excitement from the D23 Convention in August.
I’m hoping for some BIG news from the D23.
Disney doesn’t over promise and then under-perform. They always have something exciting waiting in the wings for just the right moment.
More lies from Bob to sway the vote. He had to employ all kinds lies and deception to woo the idiots into voting for the most ineffective corporate CEO. Actually I take that back. If his job is to destroy an iconic American brand – which obviously it is – then he’s doing great! Board shills included.
I’m wondering if they aren’t releasing too much, too soon. We all complain about how long it takes for any new rides from concept to completion. Maybe, if they announce new ideas and plans a bit later in the development, it won’t take 5 years. That’s my hope at least.
Well what ever Disney thinks of doing it would take longer than I have left to live,it takes years to build one ride, for Disney ,so can’t see them building a new land in the next 10/15 years

He has no plans. But he did manage to lie his way into keeping control of the board. Atta boy Bob.

“EPIC Universe”= Disney Killer!
Disney’s only answer is to further GOUGE consumers for with what was recently called “America’s BIGGEST RIP-OFF”….
Get Woke-GO BROKE!!

Universal and Disney operate for different customer bases. There is no need for Disney to get worried about the boys next door.
