Comments for Disney Suffering From ‘Chronic Underperformance,’ ‘Zero Accountability,’ Billionaire Savior on the Way?

A whimsical gathering with an esteemed Nelson Peltz sporting a halo, joined by the iconic Mickey and Minnie Mouse characters from the Walt Disney Company, while Bob Iger appears somewhat unimpressed against a cosmic background.

The increase is despite of Peltz not due.

Peltz honestly shouldn’t take control in my honest opinion. Not saying Bob Iger is any better, but still.

What’s interesting is that Peltz is rather neutral on the woke aspect of Disney creative culture. Disney created a content distribution infrastructure that depended on taking blockbuster to a new level. They invested heavily on streaming, ip followup and creating mega blockbusters to fill the channels. That was a risky gamble, which is what Peltz was critical of.

I personally think Disney woke-dom sabotaged its major releases. But the proxy fight is really over whether Disney should have depended so much on their success.
