It actually sounds kinda lame already…if its just a mall area with a concert venue and some restaurants…thats great for whoever goes to Florida for that…Sure aint no real competition for a real theme park like Disney.
If the state passes anything near I-4 or Disney. It will be the stupidest thing they could do. Traffic & Overcrowding are already over the top in this area. My thoughts would be to move it farther West on I-4 to break up the congestion. Too much. going on in 1 small area.
Let’s hope State officials figure out the right thing to do.

Definitely NOT describing a “Theme Park”. Perhaps they thought Pleasure Island still existed and would be competition for that.
