    I’m not sure what the problem is here? The whole IP based thing started when Disney opened there first “theme park”, you know Disneyland. Since then most amusement parks have become theme parks using some sort of IP. The next Frontierland/s are coming to Epic Universe with Celestial Park, Super Nintendo World, and Dark Universe, all of these are based off multiple IP in a thematic area, just like old Disney. If you really want to get away from overwhelming IP, I suggest you travel to Knoebels, Dollywood, or any Cedar Fair/Six Flags property.
