The boats have been consistently operational at least for special events, busy days, extreme heat, etc. I don’t visit frequently enough to know the specifics, but I rode them on the 4th of July in 2023. I’ve seen them on other occasions with guests on them as well. Hopefully this means they will once again be permanently open.
I’m confused. My kids and I were at Epcot last September (2023) and rode these boats twice during one day to get to the other side of the park. My husband and I went back in December and didn’t see the boats in the water. Not sure how we rode them in September 2023 if Epcot has not had them for a few years.

I was there for a week in May 2023 and the Canada-Morocco route was open every day. I even rode it.
