I’m looking at # 35,580 at 213pm PDT. Anyone know what number we are on?

The Disney meltdown continues. My green man moved about 1/3 the line, then paused. Heavy Sigh.

I went on right at 12, I was 9,124. After 2 1/2 hours of waiting,
none of the choices were clickable. I’m less than impressed. I waited 11 1/2 hours for Oogie Boogie tickets, then could not buy tickets for the dates I wanted. Disney sucks at this! I’m a gold member and have a Chase Visa card. Big deal!

I wasn’t sure if having the countdown page open prior to the noon sale should help. I was around 30200 and didn’t move more than 3 finger widths on a phone before it ended. I pay for a gold member ship and have not been able to get into any major event. I did wait in a physical line for 2 hours years ago and saw Johnny Depp receive his legend award. Everyone who wanted to get in seemed to have made it. The next time I waited even longer and was denied entry. I’ve tried other events and I get tickets sold out message within seconds of release. It seemed this year they were trying to have better access as the Honda center is a bigger venue than hall D23 at the convention center. But than I saw there was going to be a virtual que. They have so many ticket types, they could have had a presale for each kind. The que of 45000+ was ridiculous. Couldnt even get tickets to just the convention center.

So disappointed with clicking right @ 12pm to be 19900! Waiting in the queue for hours with the little person moving along but find out the sale is now closed 🤦🏻‍♀️

I clicked right at noon and was 33,005 in the queue but one of my friends was late to the click and ended up in the 5,000s. Another joined a bit later and was in the 16,000s… The pausing of the sales and denying access to thousands in the queue weren’t the only things wrong today.

Does anyone know how to refresh their screen? I was 8432 in line, and I logged in right at 12 Noon PST, and was waiting for 30 minutes prior on the site.
It took over 2 hours to get in, and yes my little guy would walk forward, then wait, then walk forward again. It’s a Queue line folks.
When I was allowed in to buy tickets, I also had the scree that did not have a button to “Buy Tickets” but I simply refreshed my screen and the button appeared and I purchased 4 1 day tickets,
You all need to use some common sense and apply some patience to everything Disney.

Refreshing a screen could be a dangerous maneuver. I’ve done this before and screen goes blank or some other kind of error. I’ve never had any issues with Disney Ques. But if it’s a D23 event it’s almost impossible. I’ve been a gold member for quite a while but I seem to keep seeing the same members in the event recap pages on the the D23 website. Makes me wonder…

I made it to the end of the line and it said unable to proceed. Accusing me of skipping the queue, using someone else’s place or already went through the checkout process. The ticket options finally came into view a d clock was ticking. Buttons were unclickable and said on sale August 7, 2024. I refreshed and was able to get to seating chart where the page disappeared and took me back to ticket options that were unclickable. I have done virtual queue before at Disney and have never had so much difficulty. I hope someone can look into this reservation system because it is clearly not working at least for some. I know everyone can’t attend but the way they arrange this is very unfair. Walt would be disappointed. I took screenshots of everything if any one needs a copy

This event is nothing but a money making scam event that tells people to come call members because they think it’s going to make a difference. Well clearly it does not. They just take your money and they make fake false promises and you can’t get him to do anything you just pay more money to wait in line longer just like everybody else and not get tickets! Disney doesn’t care who you are unless you’re a huge influencer or a celebrity and they might invite you and if not, you’re just like everybody else same thing happened to me during the ugly bug event last year where I got to buy tickets early for being a Magic keyholder, but I still had to wait a few hours even after getting in the queue and being in the queue as soon as it opened and then when I got to buy tickets stuff was on clickable and luckily, my oldest daughter who is tech savvy, told me to refresh the screen and I was scared, but I didn’t have a choice because it said you have like 10 minutes to buy tickets and nothing was clickable so I could sit there and do nothing or refresh the screen, which was the only choice I had and luckily when I refresh, the buttons came back and I was able to get the dates that I wanted but it was stressful for sure and Disney has a big problem with these huge events. They just don’t know how to do Anything when it comes to buying online tickets it’s always such a nightmare. !!
