Last I checked, the rafts are not on a track (definitely not at Disneyland, but I don’t think they are at Disney World either), what I don’t understand is why the guest didn’t ask to borrow a wheelchair for the raft ride (they have them there to use for such situations), which is far safer than sitting on the boxes that are not intended to be sat on.
