    1) Typhoon is one of the most popular water parks in the world, and the most popular in Florida. In 2022, Typhoon had 1.92M visitors, compared to 1.85 (Volcano Bay), 1.5 (Aquatica), and they were only open 88% of that year. (Typhoon has won every year since the others opened, except in 2020 & 2021 being closed due to Covid). They will likely lose the crown in 2023, as they were only open for 62% of the year, due to splitting time with Blizzard. Typhoon also generates private revenue, as the park hosts special events & private surfing almost every morning and night outside of normal operating hours.
    2) Typhoon already has Lilo & Stitch theming, and Blizzard already has Frozen theming. Even then, both are celebrated for their originality of theme from the very start, without even having to tie in characters/movies.
    3) Typhoon and Blizzard can only hold 5k-6k people. If 4000 hotel rooms changeover each day, and each room has 4 guests, that could mean up to 16k people offered free admission daily. In the summer, they will likely have to operate both parks to keep up with a likely huge surge in demand from this hotel benefit.
