Here is the bottom line, it could be good or bad, but if bad, it won’t take much to change it back. But by going this route they are likely avoiding royalty issues that they would have otherwise had to pay for again.
It also isn’t the first time the show has been completely changed, hopefully this can also lead to bringing back the Christmas special, etc.
So, while I love the original show, I can see this being a good move that can at least keep the Country Bears in the park rather than seeing them replaced with something else.
