I think Taylor Sheridan is too full of himself and I’m being kind. He has too many irons in the fire and can’t be bothered with this show anymore. This season 5 so far was so bad and for that fact the season that Piper Perabo was on was awful too !! Yellowstone was an awesome series but as with all good things, they come to an end.
I think the show would be kind of different w/o Kevin Costner. This is a great show & I wish things could have been ironed out so the show could continue. 1883 was also great, it’s too bad Taylor Sheridan won’t continue with that show as well.
This was one of the best shows I’ve ever watched. It’s sad that it’s being canceled. The number of watchers was unbelievable. With that much popularity, why would you cancel? Just like the soaps, characters change. It could have been a very long running show.

I’m really Ticked Off about Yellowstones cancelation!!! Seems like everytime anything fit to watch on TV runs long enough to get you HOOKED then it comes to an END!!! Same thing happened to TWD!!! I might as well get rid of my TV and cancel my cable…there’s nothing left on it that really interest me!! A crock of BS if you ask me!!! Damn…IM REALLY PISSED!!
Not understanding why they just don’t use the younger actor who plays version of John Dutton when the wife died. He fits right in with Kevin Costner who yes we all love but to see the back flashes already just continue to use the first John Dutton the now John Dutton age him.
It’s heartbreaking but like anything it all ends.

Does this mean that the final 5 shows won’t show until November 2024? By then no one will care. I agree that the younger John Dutton could continue the show. Shame on you Kevin Costner. I lost alot of respect for you.

Yellowstone has been a family night of watching right from the very first episode. Families don’t sit down together much anymore, so when they due, it saddens us to hear that our family sit-down together time if this show will end. They say miracles do come true, while we’re praying this one well.
So do disappointed with Costner. Maybe I am wrong on this, but to be honest I don’t know if I can follow anything else Costner does. I am that mad. This show was a breath of fresh air.
I guess 100 million fans worldwide isn’t enough to keep a series on the air. And to have to wait an entire YEAR before any new episodes are released? That’s two bad strikes to all who have been loyal from day one…including the prequels! It does seem like the past decade has seen networks showing extraordinarily little regard for the fans who make what they do possible.
This has been an extremely great show especially due to the 3 main actors..Kevin- Beth-Rip! I won’t watch it when it ends but I hope Kevin can use these two in whatever he’s working on now! All of the actors are good in the show! I don’t like whoever plays his son who’s against him & a couple dark hair women..but I just can’t think of all of their names at the moment since it’s 2am here in Santa Fe! Big Mistake to end this show!!
I haven’t watched it from the beginning but my husband and I have become devoted fans of the show as well as 1883 and 1923. It is one of the shows that we watch together and anticipate the next episode together. With so many crappy shows on TV it is extremely disappointing that Yellowstone being cancelled.
I love Kevin Costner. But if he can’t continue for whatever reason, just recast him with someone else. No it won’t be the same but the story can continue… we love RIP, Beth, Kacey & Jamie too… don’t take that all away from us. And why didn’t you finish “1923”? Just left us hanging waiting for Spencer to return… I’ve hot to have closure! Spencer was fantastic. Surely a couple episodes could be shot to conclude storyline. What’s the major malfunction on these spin offs?
I have a thought.. let’s all just stop watching anything Taylor Sheridan puts out.. if he can’t keep Yellowstone for us why should we support him!!! He definitely has lost my vote..
