Not a big union fan. Don’t have a problem them if they were only involved in safety issues. Everyone of the employees who are now unionizing interviewed for a job. They were told what their job would be and how much they would be compensated. They also knew what benefits they would receive. They obviously agreed and accepted the job. Now they don’t agree with it. If so, then quit and find another job that does have the pay and benefits you want. Nobody is making you stay in your current position! But you won’t quit. You know that it will be hard finding a job that pays what you are making now. You are hypocrites. Stop whining and find another job. Unions are just a rip off in my opinion.
