Maybe it’s pick on Disneyland time in hopes it closes..I quite frankly do not see that ever happening..Been going to Disneyland since it opened & I’m 75..my daughter & her family have gone 4 times this year..They go to all the parks one trip at a time..Universal & also the beautiful beaches..Nope for California it’s here to stay stay!
I was at Disneyland for the first. I absolutely loved being in the park that Walt created, his dream. Being in his apartment where he stayed while in the park was unreal. I’ve been to Disney World many times but this was the most magical Disney trip I ever experienced.
My dad worked on Main Street at Disneyland when I was a kid. I grew up in that park. My wife and I went a few weeks ago. To say I was disappointed, is not strong enough. The park was out of repair. It was not spotlessly clean. The employees looked like they had been scooped off the unemployment line the day before. No Standards. Disney always understand that Cast Members were the background of every family’s vacation pictures/memories. Nothing was new. Areas, ideas, creativity.
Bottom line Disney CEO doesn’t care about guest experiences. Last time I went to Disneyland and Disney California the food was super expensive and horrible. Why pay high prices for parking, high entrance cost, and you get sick off of awful tasting expensive food. Food is large part of a good experience, but not at Disney.
The whole experience is horrible. To add insult to injury, the classic rides are in disrepair. Disney please put in a lot more effort in your parks, lower food cost and improve quality, then and only then would I consider going back.
I haven’t been to Disney in years. It’s way too expensive. I can’t afford to go even with a discount. My favorite things were the shows, It’s a small world, The Presidents, and the Swiss Family Robinson Tree.
Disney should stay in califorina because it’s where Walt Disney started it all if there are any problems they should be fixed and kept the way Walt had it not changing it or even moving Disney land.
Oh stop it. We love Disneyland. We don’t need employees to kiss our feet when we are there. As long as they are doing there jobs it’s all good. Perfect weather year round. I been there Christmas week, beautiful like any other month. Great experience every time. Love it. Kids love it. If your an adult and you don’t like it anymore , remember we adults get older and more boring. Leave it for the kids, teens and young adults. It’s beautiful place to travel too.
With more and more money diverted from making parks safe and making good movies into stockholder bonuses, it’s only gonna get worse. Greed has reached a point where nothing will be enough until the whole systems collapses. The current system is unsustainable, they know this but at this point are just trying to milk every last dime they can before it all crashes down.
Comments for Disney Could Be Moving to Michigan
Gary
I doubt it with their winters !
Ty
Exactly, this is nothing more than a satire page at best .
Pamela
First thought I had was “Michigan weather”!?
I believe it to be a not true assumption..🙋♀️Californian

I doubt it with anything, because that would be a major undertaking in itself, but due to the fact this rumor has been going on for a while now.
I wish “news sites” would actually report actual news, not speculation
Alex

True , we live about 5 minutes away and frequent the parks all the time but for anyone to believe this moving nonsense is hilarious!
Ty
This page is definitely nothing but a modern day Enquirer. It will ever happen especially with their rough climate .
