I have used mobility scooter in the past and now use an electric wheelchair. In the past I have had to make quick stops because of people walking in front of my scooter to change sides and think they can do so. Quickly but I have never hit them. Now I’m in the wheelchair I found it very annoying that people have their noses in their phone making choices for next ride or food they are not paying attention to the crowd and suddenly stop in front of me.this I feel is the fault of the parks for making every one use their phones constantly
